             In Medium Enterprise Edition, the number of employees is
             100, having multiple Login Points  and multiple locations. It is
             having offline system (using SQL server) as well as website
                (using  SQL server). The Up loader is used to upload data from
             offline database to online database. Down loader is used for
             downloading details from online database to offline database.
