Micro Technologies launches Micro ACS
at Micro Infotech Park

India Ltd has announced that it has developed a novel product
named "MICRO ACS" (Access Control System) for managing employee's
time and attendance system coupled with a Security and messaging
system for any unauthorized entry. This product takes care
of a number of unique and often costly challenges prone
to human error often involved in the processing of employee
time cards and other employee related benefits.
This system was launched by the West Bengal Minister for
IT Mr. Manabendra Mukherjee on June 27, 2005 who expressed
the hope that a system like this would bring a great degree
of efficiency in the working of any organisation. This system
in various versions for specialised applications to Corporates,
Government, Hospitality sector, Defence and large housing
colonies are expected to bring good revenues.
Micro ACS has an automated and optional manual provision
for employee attendance and relevant information on visitors
reporting to premises. This user friendly system is as much
useful to the management as is to the actual staff. The
system can track details for any date and time and chart
these details. Any customised data can all be easily tracked.
Micro ACS has an automated provision for data collection
in any gates and on important entrances inside the premises
and these can be fully configured to accept all types of
tracked data. These could track visitors coming to see any
official and visits by staff to associated offices, holiday
requests and enquiries on various time schedules. This system
has the unique capability to give the user VISUAL images
of the Authorised persons, visitors in the Time & Attendance
Monitoring System and the Image of the intruder instantly
to the Security and Administrators at any time of the day
