When employee or  visitor logs in or logs out his image is captured by the web camera and the same is  uploaded  on to the web server so that the privileged user can view the images remotely. 
  

     Application is useful to every organization from Proprietary Firm to big corporate.Persons having access rights to login to the page can only view the organization details.Administrator can view the track of all the  employees    personal and official details.

4. What is Small Enterprise Edition?

   In Small Enterprise Edition, the number of employees is 50 and only one Login Point is used. This application is  only an offline product. This application is used by the organization’s admin department to keep the employees login / log-out details of the single location by using web cam as for registering new employees. Since, it's a small application MS ACCESS database is used.  

     In Medium Enterprise Edition, the number of employees is 100 and multiple Login Points can be used at a single location.This is having offline as well as online (intranet) product. The Uploader software is used to upload the data from remote database to the SQL server of the intranet site .

The Medium enterprise edition  offline MicroACS is divided into 2 sub editions:

a)      MEE with MS ACCESS database (offline).  

b)  MEE with SQL database (Offline).

    In Corporate Enterprise Edition, the number of employees is above 100, having multiple Login Points and multiple locations. It is having offline system (using SQL server) as well as internet and intranet website. The Uploader is used to upload data from remote database to online database .

     Operating system should be windows XP or Above and  Web camera . 

     Privileged user can remotely(from any place in the world) view the daily/weekly/monthly/Yearly/Half Yearly attendance through web site.

     Card swap is used to store login and logout details of the employees.For this purpose, RFID technology is used.The employee can do his login and logout entries by inserting the EmployeeID card and if his Id is verified ,his snap is automatically shooted.

     Login point is the point from where the employee, visitor can login/out for the day ( login point may be registration point also). 
 

     Registration point is used to register new employees.The employee is assigned an EmployeeId, shift time,login point designation . 
 

     Uploader is a software used to upload the data from remote offline database server to online database server.

     Downloader is a software used to download the data from remote online database server to offline database server.
